First Steps

Take a deep breath, dial my number / send me a text / log into your email / go into Facebook and get in touch. Actually making contact with me will be the hardest and ultimately most rewarding thing that you ever do.

I’ll need to know why you’re thinking about running, what you are hoping to achieve, general information about your current health and fitness levels and when you are free and then you can sit back and I’ll do the rest for you. I'll schedule your appointments, come and pick you up if need be, and do my utmost to make sure you enjoy your journey from exercise-phobe to runner. All you have to do is the actual running!

(Before you start any new exercise regime,especially if you haven’t exercised for a while, it’s always wise to check with a doctor first that it’s ok for you to do so.)

Reigate, Redhill, Salfords, Horley and now, Brighton & Hove.


Availability wise, I can be quite flexible and we should be able to fit around your lifestyle.

I am free some early mornings, in the day and have a number of slots at the weekend. I have all the necessary equipment for us to run in the evenings, but if it's too dark or the weather is just too nasty, I also have a treadmill set up at home.

However, that’s only to be used as an absolute last resort as it's much more fun running outside (and there are many more coffee shops for our post-run celebration!)
